Warranty
This product comes with a full 2‑year warranty. Within the warranty period, we offer free repair or replacement of parts for product‑related failures. After the warranty expires, repair service is still available but will be chargeable.
Please note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidental drops, or other incidents occurring after purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to our designated repair address for repair or replacement.

Every product is rigorously tested before shipment to ensure there are no factory defects. If you encounter any issues during use, please contact us first. We will perform a thorough troubleshooting and provide solutions.
From numerous troubleshooting cases, we have found that many reported problems are actually caused by incorrect software settings or wiring issues, which are often mistaken for product defects. We kindly ask you to reach out to us first for troubleshooting to save your time and avoid unnecessary frustration.
If the damage is outside the warranty scope, no fault is found after our inspection, or the warranty has expired, a service fee plus return shipping cost to your designated address will apply.
